LUSH North America Selects StoreForce on Strength of Sustained Results

Implementation of StoreForce at leading cosmetics retailer, LUSH, demonstrated a remarkable sales lift of 5.7%.
Toronto, ON, May 27, 2014 – On the strength of an outstanding lift in sales of 5.72%, StoreForce announces the rollout of their Performance and Workforce Management Solution with leading health and beauty retailer, LUSH North America.
LUSH piloted the StoreForce Solution in 2013 and elected to proceed to roll out in two phases, with the first commencing just prior to the 2013 holiday season. In preparation for an all-store rollout in 2014, LUSH also installed traffic counting hardware in 2013.
“While 100% of our pilots have proven compelling business cases,” said Dave Loat, President of StoreForce, “this presented us with a fantastic opportunity to measure the sustained benefits of StoreForce post-pilot. Having LUSH roll out in two phases allowed them to measure the comparative performance of stores with StoreForce versus those with only traffic counters.”
When the two groups were compared five months later, the LUSH stores with StoreForce outperformed the traffic-only stores significantly, with a comparative lift in top-line sales of 5.72%.
“This is typical to what we see”, said Dave, “installing traffic counters and traffic reporting alone will provide only a modest benefit. The data itself has limited value until it is incorporated into key processes of execution at store level.”
