StoreForce enables American Apparel to optimize in-store conversion and drive top line sales growth through their Operator’s Toolkit.
Toronto May 23, 2016 – StoreForce, the global leader in Performance-Based Scheduling for Specialty Retail, announced today that American Apparel is deploying StoreForce across its entire estate of 202 stores in 19 countries.
Christine Olcu, General Manager, Global Retail, notes that when she joined American Apparel last summer, “It was a priority for me to get StoreForce in place, because I knew that if I could better manage traffic and conversion, I could drive sales up,” said Olcu. “It’s about enabling sales floor leaders and store managers to coach ‘in the moment’ based on real-time store performance and enhance the customer experience.”
StoreForce’s ability to deliver a suite of highly effective Specialty Retail programs made it a natural fit for American Apparel. “The StoreForce platform was selected by American Apparel because of StoreForce’s unique ability to rapidly deliver a solution that schedules associates based on traffic patterns and empowers store managers with real-time store metrics, enabling them to drive sales,” said Dave Loat, President of StoreForce.
