StoreForce\u2019s Employee Engagement solution allows users to receive notifications for items like a new posted schedule, approved time-off request, or available shifts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>StoreForce\u2019s ESS app has been built to encourage employee engagement and performance in the Specialty Retail market. Features are configurable by retailer and include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>View a weekly or monthly schedule<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acknowledge time cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage time-off requests and view time-off balances<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage schedule and pick up shifts through Shift Exchange<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review leaderboards and track their own performance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receive communication from the store and company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The new ESS App provides users with all of the same great features of the secure website application, while making it easier to access new information.
