Implementation of StoreForce at leading cosmetics retailer, LUSH, demonstrated a remarkable sales lift of 5.7%.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toronto, ON, May 27, 2014 \u2013 On the strength of an outstanding lift in sales of 5.72%, StoreForce announces the rollout of their Performance and Workforce Management Solution with leading health and beauty retailer, LUSH North America<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LUSH piloted the StoreForce Solution in 2013 and elected to proceed to roll out in two phases, with the first commencing just prior to the 2013 holiday season. In preparation for an all-store rollout in 2014, LUSH also installed traffic counting hardware in 2013.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWhile 100% of our pilots have proven compelling business cases,\u201d said Dave Loat, President of StoreForce, \u201cthis presented us with a fantastic opportunity to measure the sustained benefits of StoreForce post-pilot. Having LUSH roll out in two phases allowed them to measure the comparative performance of stores with StoreForce versus those with only traffic counters.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When the two groups were compared five months later, the LUSH stores with StoreForce outperformed the traffic-only stores significantly, with a comparative lift in top-line sales of 5.72%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis is typical to what we see\u201d, said Dave, \u201cinstalling traffic counters and traffic reporting alone will provide only a modest benefit. The data itself has limited value until it is incorporated into key processes of execution at store level.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe results speak for themselves,\u201d said Andy McNevin, Chief Operating Officer at LUSH North America. \u201cRolling out StoreForce was a very easy business decision. There has been an overwhelming show of support from our Store Managers and Staff. Culture is very important to LUSH, and we are thrilled to see StoreForce being so willingly embraced. What\u2019s more, I think we are only beginning to scratch the surface on the benefits we will achieve using StoreForce.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LUSH is rolling out the StoreForce Solution to remaining stores, immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
